Recommended specifications: All floors shown in the finish schedule or listed in the specification shall be Mannington Assurance® Slip-Retardant Sheet Flooring, manufactured by Mannington Resilient Floors, Salem, New Jersey 08079, color number _____ (indicate color number). The product should have an overall gauge of .080" (2.03mm) nominal, a wearlayer thickness of .080" (2.03mm) nominal, and be available in 6 ft. (1.83m) widths. The vinyl shall be manufactured in accordance with ASTM Specifications F-1303, Type II, Grade 1 and shall be asbestos-free. The product shall offer a Limited 5-Year Commercial Warranty as detailed in the Mannington Assurance Maintenance & Warranty
brochure. The recommended adhesive shall be Mannington Commercial V-82 over porous subfloor or V-85 over non-porous subfloor. Heat-weld all seams using Mannington Commercial Heat-Welding Rods. Installation shall be as recommended in the Mannington Professional Installation Guide. Made in the U.S.A.
