Insight™
is a collection of six of the most realistic stone and wood
flooring visuals ever developed for light to moderate commercial
applications. The natural pattern realism is the result
of Mannington's NatureForm™ surface embossing technology
and rotogravure printing process. Product performance and
handling are enhanced through the innivative iBack™
construction, which is a light-weight, non-woven fiber backing
that is considerably stronger and more rip-resistant than
the conventional felt paper backings.
Insight is
recommended for military housing, assisted living, daycare,
nursing and retirement facilities, as well as beauty salons,
speciality retail shops, corporate break rooms, and multi-purpose
rooms.
Insight™ Patterns:
Arizona Slate - a 9"
slate that features the nautral beauty of multi-colored
slate with authentic distressed marks and rich layers of
texture and color. 36" X 36" pattern repeat. Do
not reverse sheets.
Pine Valley - this random
width plank captures the stunning natural beauty of heart
pine to create a distressed wood design with a truly historic
touch. Random repeat, reverse sheets for seaming.
StoneHaven - a 6"
textured stone featuring a dramatic blend of color and texture.
36" X 36" pattern repeat. Do not reverse sheets.
Ponderosa Plank - a
tradtional 2 1/4" wide strip oak floor visual in rich
earth tone colors with distinct wood graining effects. Random
repeat, reverse sheets for seaming.
Sandhurst - a 12"
rustic travertine visual with realistic looking wider grout
lines and a subtle was of color. 36" X 36" pattern
repeat. Do not reverse sheets.
Wild Oak - The authentic
look of wider, random widths, in an oak plank gives more
rustic charm. Random repeat, reverse sheets for seaming.

Guide specifications:
All floors shown in the finish schedule or listed in the
specification shall be Mannington Commercial Insight, manufactured
in the U.S.A. by Mannington Resilient Floors, Salem, New
Jersey 08079, color number _____ (indicate color number).
The product shall have an overall gauge of .080" (2.03mm)
nominal and a clear wearlayer thickness of .020" (.51mm)
nominal, and be available in 12 ft. widths. The vinyl shall
be manufactured in accordance with ASTM Specification F-1303,
Type I, Class 1, Class A and shall be asbestos-free. The
product shall offer a Limited 5-Year AquaLoc Moisture Protection
Warranty as detailed in the current Mannington Commercial
Resilient Maintenance & Warranty brochure. The adhesive
shall be Mannington Commercial V-81. Seams to be chemically
sealed using Mannington MCS-32 seam sealer and VST-96 Professional
Applicator Kit. Installation shall be as recommended in
the Mannington Professional Installation Guide.
