Recommended specifications: All floors shown in the finish schedule or listed in the specification shall be Mannington Essentials™/Designer Essential™/Inspirations™ Commercial Flooring Composition Tile, manufactured by Mannington Resilient Floors, Salem, New Jersey 08079, color number _____ (indicate color number). The product shall have an overall gauge of .125" (3.18mm) nominal and be available in a 12" x 12" (30.48cm x 30.48cm) nominal size. The vinyl composition tile shall be manufactured in accordance with ASTM Specification F-1066, Class 2, and shall be asbestos-free. The product shall offer a Limited 5-Year Commercial Warranty against manufacturing defects as detailed in the Mannington Commercial Essentials, Designer Essentials and Inspirations Maintenance & Warranty brochure.
